Short answers to what people ask before ordering.
How do I order?
Through the Telegram bot — the full path with payment and certificate. If the bot does not open, write to Michael or Moshe on WhatsApp.
How do I write the name?
As in a church commemoration list. For the living: “servant of God John”. For the departed: “handmaid of God Mary”. Date — DD.MM.YYYY.
How long does it take?
First we check the receipt, then we take the name to the church. Timing depends on the rite: a one-time prayer and a candle are faster; a forty-day or yearly prayer runs its course. We will say more after the order.
Can I include several names?
Yes. For rites “per name” the donation is multiplied by the number of names. The bot calculates this at once.
Telegram does not open in Russia. What should I do?
Write on WhatsApp — messages only, no calls. Michael — Russian and Ukrainian, Moshe — English and Georgian. We will take the order by hand.
Will a Mir card work?
Often no: a Mir transfer abroad fails. Write to Michael on WhatsApp — we will suggest a working way, including crypto.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes, via Binance. We do not publish a wallet on the site. Write on WhatsApp; we will send current details.
Is this the official Holy Sepulchre website?
No. The site belongs to the order organizer. Rites are performed in the listed churches by arrangement. We do not put other churches’ coats of arms or seals.
Is St. George’s church also in Jerusalem?
No. The church is in Lod, a separate city in Israel. In Jerusalem we have the Holy Sepulchre and the Alexander Metochion.
Do you mail a cross or an icon?
Shipping of items is not included. Crosses, candles and icons at the Holy Sepulchre start at $90, without postage. If you need shipping, that is a separate talk on WhatsApp, with no promise in advance.
Are photo and video included in the price?
No. Optional record, +$5. If you do not order it — you receive only the named document.
Do you promise that the prayer “will work”?
No. We take the name to the church and send a document that the rite was performed. The fruit of prayer is not sold and not guaranteed.
Where do the prices come from?
The same as in the Telegram bot, in US dollars. There is no separate website markup.
